At A.Vogel, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return unworn items with original tags attached within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand over your package to the designated carrier; once we receive and inspect the items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
